The support for the android platform by handset vendors has been increasing exponentially. Mundu IM is an instant messenger that integrates MSN, GTalk and others into one interface. It offers users an easy way to connect live with their friends. Mundu IM is also available for other mobile platforms including Symbian and windows mobile.

In India, Android phones are available through some websites only and soon would be available in stores as well. Globally, accordingly to HTC, they have sold about a million phones of G1 in the last financial year.
